Steadier under pressure
Simple techniques people can use in the moment, before a presentation or after a tough call.
Practical, guided breathwork for busy workplaces which harnesses the power of manifestation, an abundance mindset and reaching a higher level of vibrational energy. Online or in person, and no experience needed.

Why I do this
For fifteen years I worked in private client wealth management in London. Long days, client dinners and a pace that never really let up. I didn't notice how much it was costing me until I burnt out.
Breathwork is the tool I wish I'd had back then. It takes minutes, it needs no equipment, and once people know how to use it they can reach for it at their desk, before a difficult meeting, or at the end of a long day.

A short, guided session can shift how people feel for the rest of the day. Regular practice builds a skill they keep.
Simple techniques people can use in the moment, before a presentation or after a tough call.
A clearer head for the work that matters, without another coffee.
Wind-down practices that help people switch off in the evening and sleep more easily.
A practical way to look after wellbeing before stress turns into time off.
Think limitless. Build boundless.
How it can work
Every workplace is different, so I'll suggest a format once I understand what you need. A few common starting points:
An introduction to breathwork for the whole team, ideal for a wellbeing week or team day.
Short, guided sessions on a weekly or monthly rhythm, so the practice becomes a habit.
A longer session with time to understand how the breath affects stress and focus, and to practise.
Sessions over video call, so everyone can join from wherever they work.
For every kind of mind
I hold an ADHD Awareness Diploma, and my sessions are made for busy and sensitive minds. Nobody is asked to sit perfectly still or empty their head, and cameras can stay off online. It's a gentle, accessible way to support the neurodivergent people on your team as well as everyone else.

A few minutes is enough
Your breath is the one wellbeing tool every person in your team already has.
